Lavender ii necklace in oxidized sterling silver (one of a kind)
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is a perennial Mediterranean shrub in the mint family. It was used in ancient Rome for perfuming & washing clothes and as a potent evil eye. Lavender has been considered a sacred plant for millennia by many spiritual traditions, and is widely used today for its relaxing, anti-anxiety, and antibacterial properties.
I sculpted this one-of-a-kind piece in wax and cast it in sterling silver directly from the original without a mold, so there will never be another exactly like it.
Pendant measures 2” long and hangs on a sterling silver patterned chain.
