Lavender earrings in 10 gauge sterling silver
$200.00 / Sold Out
Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia) is a perennial Mediterranean shrub in the mint family. It was used in ancient Rome for perfuming & washing clothes and as a potent evil eye. Lavender has been considered a sacred plant for millennia by many spiritual traditions, and is widely used today for its relaxing, anti-anxiety, and antibacterial properties.
I sculpted these one-of-a-kind earrings in wax and cast them in sterling silver directly from the originals without a mold, so there will never be another pair exactly like them. They have been oxidized to create a dark gray patina which will brighten with use over the raised areas and remain dark in the recessed areas.
Each earring measures 2" long and weighs approximately 5.5gr.
As this one-of-a-kind pair of earrings has already been created, I will ship within 3 days of purchase.
Please note that this piece is delicate and should be handled with care.
